The contest will take place between 12:00-2:00 on Saturday October 17th, 2026

All pie entries must be at the Lovely Teahouse no later then 11:00AM

What You Will Need to Bring

✔ 2 Pumpkin Pies - One pie will be for the judges, and the second pie will be sold in the Pumpkin Pie Bake Sale.  The proceeds from the sale will be going to Hospice Simcoe - Seasons Centre.

✔ Your own pie knife

✔ Your pie must arrive in a sealed box or container

✔ Your pie must be entered with a clear list of all ingredients.

​Supporting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre

We are proud to be supporting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre, an organization that is near and dear to our hearts. We are thrilled to have them involved in this special event and to help raise awareness and support for the important work they do within our community.

There will be a Silent Auction and 50/50 Draw benefiting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre.

* Your pumpkin pie will be sold at the event with proceeds going to support this charity!

To enter, simply complete the application form on this page.

Once your application is submitted, we will review and contact you to confirm your approval.

Vendor Terms for this event - You will be asked to agree to these terms on your application form.

​

• I will arrive no later then 11AM on Saturday October 17th.

• I agree to follow all food safety requirements.  If you are unclear on what these are in our area, please contact us at kristine@thelovelyhouse.ca

• I agree that I will enter my pie with a full list of all ingredients used making the pie.

• I understand that I am to be present during the pie judging contest.

• I understand that I am responsible for my own products, equipment, and personal belongings during the event.

• I understand that I am required to bring a second pie to sell at the event to support Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre.

• I understand that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in being disqualified from the contest.
